We offer piercings that come with standard jewelry during your healing process. For minors, we will need a parent or guardian to provide minor’s birth certificate and/or photo ID. Both minor and parent/guardian must have same last name on identification. If unable to provide both we will not be able to perform any procedures by law. Parent must also sign consent form .
